Cancelaci\u00f3n por el cliente<\/h3>\n

Puede cancelar su pedido sin costo mientras no haya entrado a preparaci\u00f3n, llamando o escribiendo por WhatsApp al 999 931 7457 con su n\u00famero de pedido. Una vez que el pedido entra a preparaci\u00f3n, no es posible cancelarlo ni reembolsarlo, dado que se trata de alimentos preparados al momento.<\/p>\n

Pedido incorrecto o incompleto<\/h3>\n

Si su pedido llega incorrecto, incompleto o en mal estado, cont\u00e1ctenos dentro de los 60 minutos siguientes a la entrega al 999 931 7457, de preferencia con fotograf\u00eda. Repondremos el platillo afectado o reembolsaremos su importe, seg\u00fan su preferencia.<\/p>\n

Cancelaci\u00f3n por el restaurante<\/h3>\n

Si por causas de fuerza mayor no podemos preparar o entregar su pedido, se lo notificaremos y reembolsaremos el 100% de cualquier cargo realizado.<\/p>\n

Reembolsos<\/h3>\n

Los reembolsos se realizan por el mismo medio de pago utilizado: en pagos con tarjeta, Mercado Pago o PayPal, el plazo de acreditaci\u00f3n depende de la plataforma y de su banco (generalmente 5 a 15 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles). En pagos en efectivo, el reembolso se coordina directamente con usted.<\/p>\n
