Cancellation by the customer
You may cancel your order at no cost as long as it has not entered preparation, by calling or messaging us on WhatsApp at 999 931 7457 with your order number. Once the order enters preparation, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, as the food is prepared to order.
Incorrect or incomplete order
If your order arrives incorrect, incomplete or in poor condition, contact us within 60 minutes of delivery at 999 931 7457, preferably with a photo. We will replace the affected dish or refund its amount, as you prefer.
Cancellation by the restaurant
If for reasons beyond our control we cannot prepare or deliver your order, we will notify you and refund 100% of any charge made.
Refunds
Refunds are issued through the same payment method used: for card, Mercado Pago or PayPal payments, the crediting time depends on the platform and your bank (generally 5 to 15 business days). For cash payments, the refund is arranged directly with you.
