Orders
Orders are placed through this site and confirmed by email. Orders are subject to product availability and to the service hours published on the site. We reserve the right to reject orders with incomplete information, addresses outside our delivery area, or suspected fraud; in such cases, any charge will be refunded in full.
Prices and payments
All prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT. The delivery fee is calculated based on distance and is shown before you confirm your order. Accepted payment methods: cash on delivery, credit/debit card and account balance via Mercado Pago, and PayPal. Card payments are processed by those platforms; we do not store card data.
