Delivery area
We deliver in Merida and surrounding areas up to a maximum of 18 km by road from our restaurant (Calle 30 No. 351, Col. Emiliano Zapata Norte). The system automatically calculates whether your address is within the delivery area.
Delivery fee
The delivery fee is calculated based on the actual road distance and is clearly shown before you confirm your order. Some areas have a special flat rate.
Delivery time
Our estimated delivery time is 60 minutes from order confirmation. This time may vary due to high demand, traffic or weather conditions; in case of a significant delay we will contact you by phone or WhatsApp.
Address accuracy
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a correct address, neighborhood and references, and to place the map pin accurately. If the driver cannot locate the address or reach you by phone, the order may be considered delivered with no right to a refund.
Pickup at the restaurant
You may pick up your order at our restaurant with no delivery fee during the service hours published on the site.
